I cover all of French Valley the 92596 area (many addresses read “Winchester, CA,” and I serve those too). A few communities and the kind of work these homes tend to need:

• Morningstar Ranch & Rancho Bella Vista — established family neighborhoods; the full range of repairs plus fence, gate, and sprinkler work.

No minimum job size. Some companies have minimum charges of $300 or more. If you have a small repair that’ll take 20 minutes, I’m still happy to come out. Those small jobs are how I build relationships with customers who become regulars.

Do you serve all of French Valley, CA? Yes — I cover all of French Valley in the 92596 area. A lot of homes here carry a “Winchester, CA” mailing address, and I serve those too, along with neighboring Murrieta, Temecula, and Menifee. Being based right next door in Murrieta, I’m here constantly.

I just moved into a new build — can you handle the whole setup? That’s one of my favorite jobs. Blinds and shades on every window, ceiling fans, TV mounts, garage overhead storage, a mounted mailbox, curtain rods, the works — I can do the entire move-in punch list in one visit so you’re not chipping away at it for months. (Note: builder-warranty items should go back to your builder; I handle everything the warranty doesn’t.)

Do you work in gated and HOA communities? Yes. Several French Valley communities are gated or have active HOAs — just add me to your guest list or let the gate know I’m expected, and I’ll check in like any vendor. If your HOA has rules about exterior colors or materials, tell me upfront and I’ll work within them.

How much do handyman services in French Valley cost? It depends on the job, and I’ll always tell you before I start. Small repairs and single installs like a fan or a TV mount typically run $200–$350 depending on complexity. A full new-home setup or a day of mixed tasks is quoted based on scope — and bundling several jobs into one trip is usually the better value. I don’t have a high minimum charge.

Are you licensed and insured? Briggs Handyman is a licensed local business and fully insured. I’m not a general contractor — California law limits the scope of what an unlicensed contractor can do, and I’m upfront about that. If a job falls outside my legal scope, I’ll tell you and recommend someone who’s properly licensed for it.
